Getting Started
Before you can upload data to Validis, your Auditor or Relationship Manager must invite you to join an Engagement.
You will receive an email invitation with a unique activation link. Please click on the link to finish the Validis sign-up process. If you are uploading for multiple companies, you only have to accept the invitation provided in the initial email.
Accepting the Email Invitation
Each email invitation will contain an activation link; however, your invitation may not look the same as the one below because it can be customized. You must click the activation link to complete the Validis sign-up process.
Creating your Account
In this step, you will need to enter your contact information. Please submit your information for the following fields:
- Title (optional)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
- Telephone Number (numbers only)
Passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters of uppercase letters (A through Z), lowercase letters (a through z), base 10 digits (0 through 9), and special characters limited to the following: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + = ` | ( ) { } [ ]:; " ' < >, .?
Select Activate once you are ready to continue.
Accepting the Terms & Conditions
After signing into the portal for the first time, you may be prompted to accept an End User License Agreement (EULA) and/or Other Consents
Please read the EULA and scroll to the bottom of the pop-up to Accept.
You are now signed up and ready to use Validis!
