UI Adjustments

  • You can now search users via the email address on the manage users page

Years to extract

We initially showed the 0 even when the user ticked chose years to extract. This has been removed.

We are continuing work on the MYOB Account Right connector.

MS BC 365 -

vClient version 22 is now supported

MS GP

  • The journal header source information will be now populated, where available.

  • Any sales warranty transactions entered in the accounting client should not be displayed in Datashare.

Sage 100

  • The financial dashboard was showing sterling pounds incorrectly when an upload via Sage 100 was conducted. This has been remediated and the Dashboard is now showcasing dollars where appropriate.

Xero

  • Xero upload showcased an issue with losing transaction header records, which has now been remediated. The dataset on file outlines some anomalies i.e. journal date is 2018 but created in 2021, which has been classed as a potential test data issue.

API Team

  1. Endpoint Migration to Stoplight:
    1. All (v1) endpoints have been migrated to the Stoplight platform (developer portal)
    2. All endpoints now have proper descriptions on the developer portal
    3. All endpoints can be tested with valid test data from the portal
  2. Endpoint Categorization Enhancement:

New categories for our API endpoints were created - for better navigation on the developer portal. Each endpoint is now logically organized into distinct categories, making it easier for developers/clients to locate the functionalities they need.

Categories such as "Companies," "Connectors," "Data" and "Users" have been created to align with the specific functionalities and use cases of the endpoints.

 

Fixes

  • Email templates can now be adjusted again. Please note the SME Invite Body email or any other template does currently not allow customization on buttons.

  • The universal Fingerprint issue with EFACS has been resolved.

  • SSO continues to work even with two different certificates one for staff SSO and the other for SME SSO.

  • Small adjustments on the Covenant Monitoring cards, where the £ symbol was replaced with a %.

  • The overdue drop-down has been removed from the sections in the detailed Aged Receivables and Aged Payables.

  • The manage SME users section caused an error with the pop-up staying open, has been remediated.

  • Xero upload showcased an issue with losing transaction header records, which has now been remediated
