Overview
Your Relationship Manager or Auditor may request you to upload supporting documents.
You may be asked for the following:
- Profit and Loss Statement - Last Financial Year
- Balance Sheet - Last Financial Year
- Profit & Loss - Current Year-to-Date
- Balance Sheet - Current Year-to-Date
- Cash flow forecast for the next 12 months
Validis supports .XLS, .CSV, or .PDF file types.
How to Upload Documents Manually
Navigate to the Engagement that you would like to upload documents to and click on the Upload button.
Select the accounting method I manage my accounts manually.
To upload files, click on Add files.
- A Windows file open dialogue box will appear on the screen.
- Select the files you would like to upload (supported file types .XLS,. CSV, or .PDF)
- Once you have selected the files click on Open to close the dialogue box.
Once you have finished selecting your files, click on the Upload button.
Please wait for your files to upload to your Engagement.
After the upload is complete you can choose to:
- Upload More Files - to the selected Engagement
- Close - close the window
- Upload another company's accounts
