Covenant Monitoring
- Manual Covenant Value Submission
- SME contacts can now submit covenant values manually and attach supporting documents providing an alternative to automated processes and catering to various user needs.
- Unified Covenant Reports Tab
- All covenant monitoring reports are now consolidated into a single tab labeled ‘Reports’. This centralization makes it easier for users to find and download all generated reports.
- Separate EP Rate Card
- The ‘EP rate’ covenant is now displayed on a separate card, allowing users to edit it independently from other covenants like ‘Above Recourse’ and ‘Dilution’.
- Expanded Covenant View
- Users can now access an expanded view of covenants, which includes detailed information about multiple thresholds and covenant specifics. This feature provides greater visibility into covenant terms and conditions.
- Auto-deletion of Pending Approvals
- Pending approvals are automatically deleted or rejected when the Four Eye Checker is disabled for covenant monitoring. This ensures that relationship managers are not blocked by outdated approvals when creating or amending covenants.
Portal Access Restrictions
Access to portals is now restricted based on user roles. This ensures that users only have access to the data and functionalities they need, enhancing overall security.
Backup Upload History
SME contacts can view a comprehensive history of all the backups they have uploaded.
Manual Accounts Upload History
A history of all manual account uploads and attachments is now available for SME contacts.
Disabled Action Buttons for Deleted Clients
Action buttons are now disabled for clients that have been deleted, preventing any unintended interactions with removed client entries.
Multi-Step Client Creation/Edit
The process of creating and editing a client is now divided into multiple steps. This change ensures that any modifications are reflected immediately, reducing the risk of configuration errors.
Auto-Deletion of Pending Approvals
Pending approvals are automatically deleted or rejected when the Four Eye Checker is disabled for covenant monitoring. This ensures that relationship managers are not blocked by outdated approvals when creating or amending covenants.
Filtered User Profile Dropdown
A change to filter the user profile dropdown has been implemented. This reduces the likelihood of human error when managing user types through client portals by eliminating incorrect profile selections between the SME and the user.
Fixes
EP Rate Card Display
Resolved an issue where the EP Rate card was not being displayed when covenants were calculated. The EP Rate card now appears as expected under the specified conditions.
Client Domain Name Issue
Fixed a bug where ‘.validis.com’ was incorrectly appended to the domain name when a client was edited but no new data was entered. The domain name now remains unchanged if no data is provided during the editing process.
Netsuite
- Error causing multiple accounts to be set as the retained earnings account has been fixed.
- An error where no retained earnings account could be identified as fixed.
- An error where leaving the Netsuite upload process before the upload had started prevented any other uploads from being started and has now been fixed.
MS Dynamics 365 BC
Processing has been updated to correctly handle the situation where the previous financial year has not yet been closed down.
QBO
Extraction process updated to be more reliable - extremely large QBO uploads were missing transactions due to transactions being requested in 2-week chunks. This has now been updated to reduce the date range requested where the responses were missing some data to ensure that all data is extracted for all QBO uploads.
Report generation
The issue where missing transaction periods were preventing reports from being generated and downloaded has now been fixed.
User role descriptions
An issue where the user role title was being duplicated and used for both the title and the description has now been fixed.
