Multiple Engagements

• Create Multi Engagement Update
  • Implemented updates to improve the functionality and handling of multiple engagements.
  • Validis clients and partners can now create one or more engagements for their companies via API - with or without an SME contact ID.

• Idle Timer with Sleeping Tabs: Improved the idle timer functionality to handle sleeping tabs appropriately, ensuring users are correctly prompted or logged out based on inactivity.

Bug Fixes

Idle Timer Fix

Adjusted idle timer settings on the Covenant Monitoring dashboard to prevent it from appearing almost instantly.

Approver Dropdown Fix

Updated the approver selection logic in the DELETE covenant to exclude the requester from the dropdown.

Incorrect Error Display Fix

Corrected the error messaging to accurately notify users of duplicate client names during the client creation process.

Logo Upload Fix

Fixed the issue preventing successful logo uploads in the Portal settings branding tab.

Covenant Threshold Type Display Fix

Adjusted the UI to hide threshold type selection when only one type is available for a covenant.

Data Refresh

An issue where setting up a new connector on a portal would cause Data Refresh to become InActive for all engagements until they performed a new manual upload has been fixed.

Scheduled Uploads

• It is now possible to schedule uploads for MYOB, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• A bug which prevented changes to an upload schedule from being saved has been fixed.

API

The working papers endpoint was responding to POST requests with an error. This has now been fixed.

Microsoft Dynamics GP

AR and AP linkages to GL transactions have been improved.
