V3 Bulk Action Scheduling

Relationship managers can schedule bulk data refreshes for multiple engagements at once. This new feature allows for more efficient management and automation of engagement updates.

V3 Bulk Data Refresh 

Relationship managers will have the ability to refresh multiple engagements simultaneously from the table view. This enhancement streamlines the process of updating engagement data in bulk.

V3 Data Refresh Scheduling

The data refresh scheduling process has been improved for greater accuracy and reliability.

Idle Timeout Messaging

The system now provides clearer notifications to users when they are about to be logged out due to inactivity. This allows users to take action to stay logged in and avoid unexpected session terminations.

V3 File Upload Enhancements

Users can now upload files using a drag-and-drop interface and a traditional file picker. This improvement offers a more user-friendly experience.

Updated to be able to handle records with duplicated IDs.

MYOB

• Version filtering was removed from the company selection step as we now support all versions of MYOB Essentials, Business, and AccountRight.
• .myox files added to the list of acceptable files to submit as backups.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (online)

• Signage of the AR/AP transactions for “Reversed” and “Finance Charge Memo” updated to match GL.
• The broken link to the support page is fixed.

Microsoft Dynamics Navision

Updated to handle extremely large numbers in the opening balances.

Abila

.bak files added to the list of acceptable files to submit as an Abila backup.

V3 Company Deletion

Addressed an issue where the "Delete Company" button on the V3 dashboard was non-functional. The button now correctly triggers a confirmation modal, allowing users to delete companies as intended.

Idle Timer 

Fixed a problem where the idle timer did not log out users after 15 minutes of inactivity if the browser tab was closed. The timer works correctly, ensuring sessions are terminated after the designated idle period, even when tabs are closed.

V3 Edit Button Text

Corrected an issue where the "Edit Company" button displayed incorrect placeholder text. The button now shows the correct label, "Edit Company."

Reminder Frequency Selection

Resolved an issue that prevented users from selecting reminder frequencies by clicking on text labels. Users can now select their desired reminder frequency by clicking on the text.

Data Refresh Disable

Fixed a bug that prevented users from disabling data refresh in engagements after enabling it. Users can now uncheck the data refresh option and save their changes, with the feature correctly being disabled as expected.
