Overview
The "Beta" classification refers to a connector that has been fully developed and meets all Validis software, and security standards. A beta connector is developed using vendor-supplied test data and adheres to Validis' upload processing and security requirements. However, the connector still requires additional testing with live data to ensure it meets the required standards of performance and data integrity.
It should be noted any issues discovered with a Beta connector will not be managed within existing production SLAs. By its very nature, the Beta process may highlight issues that require further development. Consequently, production SLAs cannot be applied to beta releases.

Beta SLAs
When a connector is released in the Beta phase, Validis will work with selected customers and partners to manage its use. At all stages, Validis will look to maintain close contact with the Beta users – including managing the upload process and requesting direct feedback.
It should be noted that any issues discovered with a connector released in the Beta state will not be managed within existing production SLAs. By its very nature, the Beta process may highlight issues that require further development. Consequently, production SLAs cannot be applied to beta releases.
Validis will work to resolve any issues evidenced at the Beta stage as swiftly as possible and will communicate with the selected customers using the Beta connectors throughout the process.
