Smart Tool Integration - Enhanced Error Handling
Introduced error handling for the new Smart Upload journey. The system will now handle 500 and 400 errors from the integration endpoint more effectively, ensuring users are informed of any issues with clear, actionable messages.
Key Contact Field in Clone Modal
Added the option to select a "Key Contact" when cloning an engagement. Staff users can now clone engagements even if another staff member is designated as the key contact, streamlining the setup of similar engagements.
External SME ID in Clone Modal
Fixed an issue where the External SME ID was not updating correctly in the cloned engagement. Now, when users specify a new External SME ID during cloning, the system will reflect the updated ID in the new engagement.
"Client Name" Label
Updated the label "Requested Name" to "Client Name" across all steps in the Smart, Manual, and On-premise upload journeys. This change ensures consistency and clarity for users, with the client’s name accurately displayed as set in vControl.
Bug Fixes
Upload Notifications
Resolved an issue where file size limit and duplicate file notifications were not triggering as expected. Users will now receive the correct notifications if file size limits are exceeded or if duplicate files are uploaded.
Increased File Size Limit
Updated the maximum file size for the Smart Upload journey to 100MB (previously 10MB), allowing for larger files to be uploaded seamlessly.
Email Copy Update
Removed the word "your" from the body of the Upload Completed Email for SMEs to improve clarity and professionalism in email communication.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (online)
- Opening balances have now been corrected.
- An issue causing long-running uploads to fail has been fixed.
GL Period Balances Report
An issue where the account tags would sometimes be missing from the CSV reports has been fixed.
