SME users can now add their accounting package if it’s not available in the predefined list, enhancing flexibility in the Single Upload Journey.

[V3] Validate Uploaded Files for Data Content - Single Upload Journey

For SMART uploads, the system now validates XLS, XLSX, and CSV files to confirm data presence. Users will receive immediate feedback if an uploaded file is empty, aiding in the quick identification of issues.

[Upload Tracker] Connector Selection Sorted by Popularity

The connector list is now sorted by popularity, making it faster for SME users to locate popular accounting packages for data connection.

[V3] Choose Company Page - Refresh List Button

Users in the upload journey with selected connectors can refresh the list of companies to ensure they view the most current data.

Bug Fixes

Incorrect Connector Name Displayed in “Smart Documents” Tab (vReview)

Corrected the connector name in the Smart Document tab within vReview. Previously, only “Smart Name” was shown for all connectors. Now, the correct connector name is displayed.

Connector Display in Upload Tab (Vadmin-new & V3 Engagements)

Fixed an issue where the upload tab displayed "AI Upload" instead of the actual connector name for SME views. Now, the upload tab will display the accounting software name along with "(Smart)" for staff users only.

Display of Connector Version in Software Column (vShare)

In the SME dashboard, the "Software" column now displays the connector version when the connector type is Smart, improving clarity for users.

Sandbox Portals

The issue where the engagement dashboard would fail to load on sandbox portals with large numbers of engagements has been fixed.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (online)

The issue where the retained earnings account would have an opening balance of 0 rather than the correct opening balance, has been fixed.

Xero

• An issue where uploads would be aborted if the year-end date was set to the 29th of any month and the date range being extracted did not include a leap year, has been fixed.
• Prepayments that were created before the start of the period being extracted, but with a transaction date within the period extracted will now be included.

Quickbooks Online

Rounding errors on transactions with values that contain more than 3 decimal places have been fixed.

API User

It is no longer possible to add a non-API role to the API user.

Excel reports

The Aged Payable and Aged Receivables Excel reports will now include the postcodes as part of the included addresses.
