When customizing emails in DataShare there are two sections to each email which must be customized individually;
- The subject: The subject heading of the email as shown to the recipient.
- The body: The content of the email as shown to the recipient.
The subject line is delivered in plain text and as such cannot be formatted so the formatting ribbon is not displayed.
