Adding the User to the Engagement
To allow yourself or a colleague to upload data to an external engagement you must first add a user to the engagement as a Contact Person. Only users saved as a Contact Person have access to upload data to an engagement.
On the Engagement Dashboard, locate the engagement you wish to upload data for.
Click the ellipsis on the right of the engagement you want to upload data for and select Edit
Expand the Contact Person drop-down list then select the new user who will upload the data, and click Save
The new Contact Person will now be able to upload data to the engagement.
Please note the Contact Person will not receive a notification for this change.
The engagement will no longer show in the previous contact person's (the client's) engagement list.
