Invalid or Expired Invitation
Below is an image of the Invalid Invitation notification you will receive in situations where:
- You have received an email letting you know that your invitation has expired;
- You get an error message when clicking an invitation link saying that your invitation is invalid; or
- You have clicked the invitation link again after creating your Validis account.
You are able to activate your account by using the Forgot Password? feature available on the login page:
If the above password reset fails please contact your relationship manager or your Validis Portal Admin and have them re-send your Validis invitation.
