Sending the Invitation
You can resend an invitation to an SME Contact or other user within your firm who has not activated their account.
To resend an invitation, click Menu > Settings on the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
On the left-hand side, select Manage Users.
This will open the Manage Users settings, where you may search for the specific user.
Click on the ellipsis (3 vertical dots) and select Resend Invitation. The invitation will be sent out immediately, please ensure to check any spam/junk folder as it may be filtered out of the primary inbox.
