Popular Connectors Visibility

• The Popular Connectors section will now be hidden when no connectors are available.

Multi-Scope Selection for Upload and Share

• A new “Upload and Share Settings” tab has been added under Product Configuration (V3) or Modules (V2), visible only when AI Upload is enabled.
• Admins can pre-configure default document scopes that users will be prompted to upload.
• Scope options include:
  • General Ledger and Trial Balance
  • AR/AP – Open Items
  • AR/AP – Full Subledger
• Configuration cannot be saved unless at least one scope is selected.

Engagement Form Enhancements

• Engagement creation/editing forms now include scope selection for Upload & Share under “Additional Settings”.
• Scopes are pre-selected based on client configuration but can be customized per engagement.
• Saving is blocked if no scopes are selected.

Smart Upload Journey Flow Enhancements

• Upload flow now adapts based on enabled scopes:
  • Includes connector selection, file uploads per scope, and confirmation.
  • Ensures all mandatory fields/files are completed.
  • Navigation state is preserved across steps.
  • Upload completion requires valid files for all selected scopes.

Increased Upload File Size Limit

• The maximum file size for uploads increased to 500MB.

Fixes

• Accounting package name in SME Backup Upload is now properly capitalized.
• Modals are now closed when a user is logged out due to a session timeout.
• API documentation updated to clarify timestamp formatting as ISO 8601-compliant.
