What's New
Connector Updates
- Reduced the active connector list across the US and UK regions.
- Added 17 new smart connectors.
- Aligned connector availability between the US and UK regions.
- Connector logos are now displayed in the upload journey for both cloud and on-premise connectors. Default logos are shown if custom ones are unavailable.
Engagement Dashboard Enhancements
- New screen states for engagements without completed uploads:
- Upload in Progress: Displays status message and prompts staff to refresh once complete.
- No Upload (SME invited): Shows a message and provides a button to send a Data Upload Request Email.
- No Upload (Represent Myself): Displays message and button to begin data upload.
- Failed Upload (Represent Myself): Displays retry guidance and button to reinitiate upload.
Edit Contact Functionality:
- Key Contact field now includes an edit icon for quick updates.
- The Additional Contacts field allows editing via a modal.
- Modal includes editable fields: Title, First name, Last name, and the Unique SSO ID checkbox.
- The email field is read-only.
Additional Documents Upload Configuration
- A new toggle has been added under Portal Settings to enable or disable additional document uploads during the final step of the upload journey.
- Toggle is ON by default and controls the visibility of the upload option.
SME Login Navigation Updates
- Reconciliation Disabled:
- SMEs with one engagement are redirected to the accounting package selection.
- SMEs with multiple engagements are taken to the engagement selection page.
- Reconciliation Enabled:
- SMEs are redirected to the Client Dashboard.
- No Engagement Assigned:
- SMEs are shown a “No available engagement” page.
Fixes
- Resolved the issue where uploading additional documents could fail.
- Fixed bug where loading spinner appeared for backups marked as “Uploaded”.
- Removed SME users from the Teams section during engagement creation.
