Overview
To submit your Sage Intacct data using the Universal Connector, you FIRST need to download the Bills Analysis and Invoices Analysis reports from Sage Intacct.
After downloading the reports, they will be saved as ".xls". You must open and save them as a '.xlsx' file before you upload them to the portal.
First, open Sage Intacct then from the Homepage click Applications > Reports > Reports Center.
Downloading the Invoices Analysis Report
Once in the Reports Center, select the Invoices Analysis report under the Accounts Receivable module.
To search faster, you can filter which module you would like to view by choosing from the drop-down menu.
On the next screen, you will need to format the report before exporting.
Set the Reporting Period to Inception To Date.
Then set the As of Date to the last day of your reconciling month.
Also, ensure that the Show filter is set to Detail.
For the Format:
- The "Group by" field must be None
- The "Sort by" field must be Date
After configuring the report, Export the file as an Excel sheet.
Open the Invoices Analysis report in Excel.
You may see the below pop-up when opening the file, click Yes to continue.
To format the report for the Universal Connector:
- Delete column A
- Delete rows 1, 2, 3
- Delete the Grand Total row (the final row on the sheet)
- Delete any blank rows (if applicable)
After making the changes click File > Save As.
Save the report as an Excel Workbook (.xlsx).
Downloading the Bills Analysis Report
Navigate to the Reports Center and select the Bills Analysis report under the Accounts Payable module.
To search faster, you can filter which module you would like to view by choosing from the drop-down menu.
The steps to generate and format the Bills Analysis report are identical to the Invoices Analysis report listed above.
Once you have repeated the process for the Bills Analysis report, you can now upload the two files to the portal.
