Validis supports 100's of accounting packages, enabling you to ingest data from any system, standardize it instantly, and streamline the entire process into one simple, user-friendly journey.

You can share data via Connect & Share which connects directly to the accounting package or Upload & Share which lets our smart data engine do all the heavy lifting for compatible report formats using GL and TB files.

If a connector exists, data is extracted directly from their accounting system. If not, you can simply upload financial reports retrieved directly from the source accounting package.

Connect & Share

The Connect (vClient) application is one of the ways Clients can share data using Validis. This is done direct from a Client’s accounting package via connector  – either on the Cloud or Desktop.

For each accounting package that Validis Connect is compatible with we have put together a quick uploading guide in our "Connect & Share" section.

As desktop accounting package permissions may vary we have also put together a checklist for running the Connect application.

Upload & Share

Upload is another way Clients can share data using Validis. This is done by uploading files exported directly from a Clients accounting package to a CSV or XLSX file format.
