Overview
Within Validis, the Manage Users function allows you to view/modify the users in your portal. This function is restricted to users with the Client Admin or Client Manager profile type.

Resending an Invitation
You can resend an invitation to a Client Contact or another user within your firm who has not activated their account.
To resend an invitation, click Menu > Settings on the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
On the left-hand side, select Manage Users.
This will open the Manage Users settings, where you may search for the specific user.
Click on the ellipsis (3 vertical dots) and select Resend Invitation.
The invitation will be sent out immediately, but it may take a few minutes to show up in their inbox. Please ensure to check any spam/junk folder, as it may be filtered out of the primary inbox.
New User Experience
After signing into the portal, you may receive a pop-up asking you what you'd like to do.
If so, click Manage Users to be redirected to the user dashboard.
If not, select the Manage Users tab from the engagement dashboard.
Locate the user by searching for them by name or email.
Click the ellipsis (3 vertical dots) > Resend Invitation to prompt another user invitation.
The invitation will be sent out immediately, but it may take a few minutes to show up in their inbox. Please ensure to check any spam/junk folder, as it may be filtered out of the primary inbox.
