How long an upload takes to process, and what happens if a file needs a closer look
Every file uploaded through Upload & Share goes through a review as it is processed. Validis validates and cleans the data automatically, and the large majority of files complete successfully on the first attempt.
Where a file needs a closer look, it is flagged automatically for input from the Validis Managed Service team. You do not need to request this, and your client does not need to do anything differently.
