Overview
Validis only processes complete backups for on-premise accounting packages that are included in the (Supported-Accounting-Packages) list. This ensures data integrity during extraction and prevents errors.
Before uploading a backup file, please review the table below to confirm that you are submitting an accepted file type for your specific accounting package.
Important:
- Validis scans the contents of ZIP files. Ensure that your ZIP archive does not include any file formats outside the accepted list.
- If your backup contains unsupported file types, please contact our support team (support@validis.com) for assistance.
