⚠️This feature is for use if you have been directed under a Managed Service agreement or have a backup to provide. Backup files will only be processed with an active support case.
Please contact support if you require assistance. Note that the status of your engagement will not change until the file has been processed.
Step 1: Access Your Engagement
Navigate to your engagement dashboard and select the engagement you want to upload data for.
Step 2: Start Data Upload
On the engagement page, click Share Data Now to begin the upload process.
Step 3: Open Managed Service Upload
On the accounting package selection page, click Managed Service Upload icon in the top-right corner.
Step 4: Select Accounting Package and Upload Files
The Managed Service Upload pop-up will appear:
- Select your accounting package from the dropdown.
- Click Upload Files.
- Choose your General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance (TB) files in CSV or XLSX format.
- Ensure:
- File size does not exceed 1.5GB.
- Files are correctly named and formatted as per Validis requirements.
- Once files are selected, click Upload.
Step 5: Confirm Upload
After upload, the files will appear in the engagement details with status Uploaded. Verify the file names and upload date.
