DataShare was designed to produce standardized data that can be easily consumed in data analytic platforms.
To use DataShare for sampling within TeamMate Analytics, choose the account you would like to test within the Trial Balance.
Next, click on the "Movement" amount within the account selected.
This view shows a complete a detail of all activity for the selected period. Click on Download to create a standardized Excel sheet that can then be consumed by TeamMate Analytics.
To prep the data within the excel, you need to first delete the header of the report. In the example below, you would delete the first 6 lines.
Within excel, select the "TeamMate Analytics" add-on tab and then select "Sample" within TeamMate Analytics. From there you can choose the type of sample you would like to create.
