Where to find your portal and how to sign in to it
Your Validis portal has its own web address, specific to the organisation that asked you to share your data. You will find it in the email you received when you activated your account, so use the link from that email rather than searching for a general Validis login page.
It is worth bookmarking the address the first time you visit, since you will come back to it every time you share data.
Signing in
Open your portal address. Enter your Email and Password, then select Sign In. Both fields are required.
Your email is the address you used when you activated your Validis account. If you are not sure which address that was, check for the activation email.
If you want to check what you have typed, select the eye icon at the end of the Password field to show the password on screen.
If you have forgotten your password
Select Forgot Password? underneath the fields and enter your email address when you are asked for it. You will be sent an email with a link to set a new password.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder before requesting another.
