Connect & Share(Validis Connect): Validis software directly connects to supported accounting packages to extract detailed data automatically, offering the most comprehensive and efficient method of uploading. The data upload is then standardized by Validis.

Upload & Share(Smart Data Engine): Users can extract data from their accounting package in .CSV, .XLSX or .XLS format, including General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance (TB) reports. The data upload is then standardized by Validis.

Universal Connector: This method is primarily used for month-end reconciliation. Users can extract data from their accounting package in .XLSX format, including only the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports. The data upload is then standardized by Validis.
- Upload Additional Documents: Users can submit a variety of non-standardized documents, which will be made available for download.
