We use Calendly to simplify scheduling a call with our Support Team. Through Calendly, you can choose a time that works best for you without going back and forth to find a suitable time. This ensures you get the help you need without any delays, and we can be fully prepared to support you during the call.
How to Use Calendly
- A link will be provided to you by our Support Agents. The link will look similar to this https://calendly.com/support agent name/meeting name
- Clicking on the link will take you to a booking page.
- You will see a calendar with available days; select your preferred date.
- Available timeslots will appear - click the one that works best for you.
After choosing your time, enter your contact details:

- Email Address
- (Optional) Any questions or notes you would like to add?
- You can choose to Add Guests to the meeting invite.
- Click the Schedule Event button to confirm the meeting.
After submitting the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the following details:

- The date and time of your meeting
- A calendar invite
- A link to join this meeting from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- A link to reschedule or cancel if needed
