Please check that the pre-requisites for launching the vClient application are in place as there are a number of reasons why this could happen. The most likely causes are:
- An Antivirus or Firewall is blocking the 'vClient' application from installing and running.
- The user performing the upload does not have permission to install software on their machine. (vClient requires a temporary install)
- A compatible version of Microsoft .NET is not installed
- The internet browser is not launching the application - Try starting vClient outside your browser as it may not be launching it correctly. To do this you must first find the vClient file in your 'Downloads' folder and double-click it to start installing DataShare Connect.
