Follow the steps below to generate the CCH ProSystem fx Engagement report from the Validis Client Portal.
Step 1: Access the Report Pack
In the Validis Portal access the Engagement you wish to review data for, click on the Standard Reporting Packs and then click Generate CCH ProSystem fx Engagement Report.
Step 2: Select the Audit Period
Once selected, a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose the desired audit period. After selecting your preferred period, click Generate.
Step 3: Download the Report
The generated CCH ProSystem fx Engagement report will be downloaded to your computer as a
.zip file. This file will be saved in your browser’s default download location.Step 4: Extract the CSV File
The
.zip file contains an Excel spreadsheet in CSV format, which should be uploaded into Engagement. An example of the Excel file is shown below.
