Remove vClient manually if it does not uninstall on its own
Overview
The vClient application should automatically uninstall from a user’s machine. If the application does not automatically uninstall, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open Installed apps
From the Start menu, search Programs, then select Add or remove programs.
Step 2: Find vClient
In the search apps box, enter vClient. The vClient app should appear in the results.
Step 3: Start the uninstall
Select the three dots beside vClient, then select Uninstall.
The following dialog box will display. Select Uninstall.
Step 4: Wait for it to finish
The vClient uninstall process will begin.
The uninstall runs on its own. Leave the window open.
When the uninstall finishes, you will see the window below. Select Close.
If the uninstall does not complete, or vClient reappears in the installed apps list, get in touch with the Validis Support team via support@validis.com.
