Overview
If you have received a notification of a failed upload using Microsoft Business Central 365, we would advise that you are using the latest version of our extension.
This would be achieved by uninstalling the existing extension prior to the upload as per the following instructions.
From the start use the search function in the toolbar, search for Extension Management.
Search for Validis and then click Uninstall to initiate the extension uninstallation.
You will see a pop-up asking you to confirm the uninstallation. Click Uninstall to finish the uninstallation.
Once you have completed uninstalling the extension you can re-install it per the following article.
