Client Administrators can control whether Validis Data Reviewers are able to view data in the portal using the Data Reviewer Access toggle in Portal Settings.
Accessing the Toggle
- Navigate to the Portal Settings section.
- Locate the Data Reviewer Access toggle.
Toggle OFF
When the toggle is set to OFF:
- Data Reviewers cannot view data in the portal.
- They can still approve or reject uploads marked as Under Review.
- A clear message is displayed to explain the restriction.
Toggle ON
When the toggle is set to ON:
- Data Reviewers can view data in the portal.
- Approval and rejection functionality remains unchanged.
Note: Only Client Administrators have permission to update this setting.
