Overview
Validis produces a series of reports detailing users' activity on its portals.
The purpose of these reports are the following:
- Provide usage reports to clients as part of the Account Management Service
- Provide information for billing
- Provide information for the Validis management team
Generating a Usage Report
Once signed into the portal, click Menu > Usage Reports.
The Usage Reports dialogue box will appear on the screen.
Select the following options to generate a report:
- Period Segmentation: Weekly, Monthly, Annually
- From: Date
- To: Date
After selecting the options, click on Generate Report.
Once generated, you will be provided with a table of the user activities and a graphical representation. The table tracks the following user interactions for your selected date range:
- Client Invitations
- Accepted Client Invitations
- SME Invitations
- Accepted SME Invitations
- Uploads
Download the Usage Report
You can also download the Usage Report to Excel by clicking the Download button on the right side of the table. The downloaded report will be in .xlsx format.
The exported Excel report has a detailed breakdown of the various user interactions in the portal. Please see the list below for the reports available.
- Summary Report
- Upload Report
- User Report
- Deleted Report
- Reconciliation Status Report (if the product is enabled)
