Placeholders

List of all placeholders with their description.

User Details

Typically, this is the user to whom the letter is addressed or the name of the user who has performed certain actions.

Name
Description
${user.id} User's ID in the database. Don't use this value in regular correspondence. It can only be useful if errors occur.
${user.title} The title that used before surnames. Examples: Mr., Mrs., Ms., Miss.
${user.firstName} User's first name. Example: John
${user.lastName} User's last name. Example: Connor
${user.email} User's email. Example: example@validis.com
${user.phone} User's phone number.

 

Client details

Clients in the system are usually banks.

Name
Description
${client.id} Client's ID in database. Don't use this value in regular correspondence. It can only be useful if errors occur.
${client.name} Client's name. Example: Bank of Orion
${client.domainName} This value is used on the server side when generating links, for example, links for resetting the password. Use it directly for linking is not recommended. Example: test.domain.validis.com
${mainLogo} The main logo of your platform. This is used in the emails header.

 

SME details

SME is an abbreviation of "Small and Medium Enterprise".

Name
Description
${sme.name} SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) name or Company name. Example: Cyberdyne Systems

 

Support details

These values are used to form the footer of the letters.

${support.email} Customers support email. Default value: support@validis.com
${support.phone} Customers support phone. Default value (US): +1 (855) 815-1717
${support.ticketUrl} Customers support web site. Default value: http://support.validis.com/

 

Specialized placeholders

Name
Description
${accountingPackage} Accounting package title. This value is used only in backup upload templates. Examples: sage50, Navision, xero.partner
${date} This value is used to specify the date in the CoA templates.
${domain} Domain name. Used in the formation of URLs, by which the user can go and perform a certain action, for example, complete the registration or reset the password. Example: http://test.domain.validis.com
${expirationTime} This value is used only to reset the password. This is the time for which user can reset the password in minutes.
${invitationId} This value is used only when new users are invited to the system. It is used in the formation of URLs, through which the user can go and complete registration. Example or full URL: http://test.domain.validis.com/#/account/signup/446f4342-f9f6-4233-9c67-f8ef041091ea
${relationshipManager.id} Relationship Manager's ID in the database. Don't use this value in regular correspondence. It can only be useful if errors occur. Relationship Manager is needed only in the letter template that the user has accepted the invitation.
${relationshipManager.title} Title that used before surnames. Examples: Mr., Mrs., Ms., Miss.
${relationshipManager.firstName} Relationship Manager's first name. Example: Sarah
${relationshipManager.lastName} Relationship Manager's last name. Example: Connor
${relationshipManager.email} Relationship Manager's email. Example: sarah.connor@gmail.com
${relationshipManager.phone} Relationship Manager's phone number.
${user.resetToken} This value is used only to reset the password. It is used in the formation of URLs, through which the user can go and reset his password. Example or full URL: http://test.domain.validis.com/#/account/reset/a05a6b0b-6d7d-460e-b5fc-26079a721315
